Terms of Service

Fuzzball is a competitive game meant to be played by real people, against real people, in good faith. By playing, you agree to act respectably toward other players and Avolans staff: no harassment, no abuse, no exploiting bugs or desyncs to gain an unfair advantage, and no attempts to manipulate matchmaking, ratings, or leaderboards.

Fuzzball is for human players only. You may not use, build, or connect any bot, script, macro, AI agent, or other automated or semi-automated system to control, monitor, or otherwise interact with the service — including but not limited to playing matches, farming ratings or rewards, or scraping gameplay or leaderboard data. Accounts and devices found doing so may be suspended or removed under the Suspension & termination section below.

You may play as a signed-in account (linked to Apple, Google, or Game Center) or as a guest tied to your device. Either way, you're responsible for the activity that happens under your account or from your device, including anything that happens if you share access with someone else.

We want the game to stay fun and fair, so we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or device at our sole discretion and without prior notice — at-will, and without needing to establish cause — if we suspect foul play, cheating, automation, abuse, harassment, or any other violation of these Terms. We don't owe you an explanation or an appeal, though we may offer one.

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software.
• Automating gameplay with bots, scripts, macros, or AI agents (see above).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Avolans staff.
• Impersonating another player, Avolans, or Avolans staff.
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Choosing a nickname that is offensive, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate.

Fuzzball, its code, art, and branding are owned by Avolans and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Using the service doesn't give you any ownership rights in it.

Fuzzball is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avolans is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of Fuzzball after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
